Making money with squidoo 3

Thousands of marketers have realized the incredible profit-generating benefits of Squidoo. The time to capitalize on this relatively new Web 2.0 marketing opportunity is definitely now. As Squidoo's popularity continues to grow, the availability of niche keyword lens titles will diminish. As of this writing, there are still highly profitable niche keywords available to use as niche lens titles. If your desire is to make a profit with your Squidoo lenses, there are several important steps you need to implement to ensure success. 1. Perform serious keyword research for your lens. This must be your first step. The keywords in the title of your Squidoo lens are just as important as the title of any website. Use a good keyword tool such as Overture or even Good Keywords to search for keywords that are searched between 2000 and 50,000 times per month. Although Squidoo is doing quite well in the search engines, I wouldn't be over-zealous and use keywords that are searched for over 50,000 times per month. Squidoo allows you to submit up to 20 tags, so you should use all 20 tags and be sure to use 3-4 keyword phrases to make up each keyword. They seem to work better with Squidoo. 2. Provide useful content on your Squidoo lenses such as articles and product reviews. This will increase your lenses' popularity with consumers and with the search engines. Also, don’t flood your lens with lots of affiliate links as this could be viewed as spamming by the Squidoo staff and may get your lens deleted. One to three affiliate links is plenty. You will also need to use at least three additional modules. I recommend using the Ebay, Amazon and RSS modules. RSS feeds will provide fresh content to your lens which is always appealing to the search engines. Be sure the RSS feed you use is relative and updated often. 3. Find quality incoming links to your Squidoo lens. This is very important to your rankings in the search engines. The sites which link to your Squidoo lens should have a page rank of 4 or higher. Incoming links that work well with Squidoo are social bookmarking sites, classified ad sites like Craigslist and social networking sites like YouTube and MySpace. Be sure to follow these websites' guidelines. It's also a good idea to place a link to your Squidoo site on your blog.

Releasing negative beliefs for empowerment

You are reading this because you want a change in your life. You believe that there is something in your life that could make you happier, more satisfied, get a greater sense of achievement, or even reduce the pain you might feel. Whatever the case, I can assure you it boils down to your beliefs about what you can and cannot do. It sounds simplistic, but this is the secret root cause that you've not been able to decipher until now. You see, when you were a little child, you might have picked up the telephone and gotten scolded by your mother for doing it. Or any other behavior. Perhaps it was your fault, perhaps it wasn't. That's not really the point. The idea is that you learnt something that day, and it wasn't pleasant. When you grew older, you had an ingrained emotional experience that was linked to the phone. You later justified it as something that you didn't really want to do anyway. The trouble is that now, you might be working in Customer Service, where you have no choice but to pick up the phone. Now, you start seeing patterns. You realize that your belief requires updating. So, you turn to neurolinguistic programming. It's an art of investigating processes. While I model powerful processes, I can also model limiting ones so as to figure out what to do with it. If you're depressed, I can use NLP to figure out why you are depressed and how you do it, so I can undo it. If you're unable to believe you can achieve a $1m income within 2 years, I can use NLP to shift that belief. Whatever the case, you grew up with a great deal of beliefs that you might never be able to understand unless it causes you some pain. And it might be necessary for you to be learn how to release this in order to generate massive change in your life toward the results you want and the success you desire. Why can t we ever get bonus time

When that subject was introduced, the entire auditorium started yelling, "Yeah, why can't we ever get bonus time?" At that point one gentleman stood up and said, "I don't know what you're talking about. I've been there on bonus time fourteen times in the last six months." I became concerned that we might have a riot and all the other unhappy Owners would injure him. Now, how come the experiences were so different? First, you must remember what Bonus Time really is (that is besides a sales feature). Originally, not all the time was sold in specific resorts. Anywhere from 48 weeks to 51 weeks of the 52 available were sold. The rest were designated "Maintenance Weeks". They were the time when the resort would be refurbished. It was later found that most of this kind of maintenance could be accomplished "on the fly" and 52 weeks were actually sold. Theoretically, if everyone showed up for their reservations and the maintenance weeks were actually fully used, there would be no bonus time…none! Unfortunately, some original salespeople said, "You can have bonus time whenever you want in addition to your reserved week." Again, theoretically possible, but not really practical. So Bonus Time is actually the unused maintenance time plus the time that certain Owners either don't make a reservation, don't show up at all, are unable to use their time because of failure to pay their maintenance dues or leave early. That's it and it is spotty. It does, however exist. Most resorts will end up with a vacancy factor of between 5% and 15% of their usable time. So where does it go? Those who know how to use it do. Here's how you go about it. When are people most likely to not show up? In the off season and even more so midweek in the off season. Thus the most likely time you will be able to get Bonus Time in Southern California will be November through February at the beach and July through September in Palm Springs. This doesn't necessarily mean that these are not good times. Some November days at the beach are among the best you will find, warm days and beautiful sunsets. Early mornings and late evenings in Palm Springs are uncrowded and delightful. If you aim for midweek off-season you will probably be pleasantly surprised at how many times you actually get Bonus Time. Next is when should you ask for Bonus Time? About 3:00 PM on the check in day is when the husband will turn around, look in the back seat of the car and ask, "What are those funny looking spots on the kid's faces?" The call canceling the reservation will be made by about 4:00 PM. If your call comes in at 4:15 PM, you have a good chance at snaring that spot which was suddenly left vacant. And that is the secret that the gentleman used at the beginning of this article. He would simply call at the last minute and if there were space he would come. If not, he wouldn't. Another good time is after noon of the day after check in day. That is when the front desk will tally up the no-shows, call them and verify that they in fact are not coming. Suddenly, their reservation becomes a bonus time potential. Every resort will have it's own idiosyncrasies. To be successful with Bonus Time, it is up to you to figure them out. Another tip is that it always is a good idea to be on good terms with the front desk personnel. If they like you they may sometimes be able to help you. You will most certainly get the nod over the grouch who is always demeaning and criticizing them. So the tricks to achieve Bonus Time are: 1) Use your head to figure out when your odds are best; 2) Be on good terms with the people who can help you; and 3) Call at the right time. I tell people that it is hardly worth the price of the phone call to try to get Bonus Time at the height of the high season on a weekend but those who exhibit flexibility and will roll with the system end up with more than their share. Every project is different but you can figure them out. With this knowledge you should have good luck with your Bonus Time. But, as I have always said, "I would rather be lucky than smart."

Website marketing attract more clients from a wake em up special offer

You’re a service business, such as a coach, accountant, consultant, speech coach, office organizer or virtual assistant. A prospective client lands on your website. “Nice site,” she says, nodding approvingly. “Great logo.” So she looks for a Call to Action: "Click here and get a Free Report." And you offer one. 101 things a coach [accountant, consultant, speech coach, office organizer or virtual assistant] can do for you. Yawn. At that point, your prospect decides to leave. Unless she’s been living on another planet, she has some idea of what you do (or thinks she does). If you’re an accountant, she won’t be astounded to discover you’ll prepare her taxes. If you’re a virtual assistant, she’ll expect you to help with mailing lists and phone calls. And she’s been to 43 other websites. She’s already seen the same list. Her eyes start to glaze over. She decides it’s time to take a break and watch the latest replay of The Sopranos. At least that’s what I would do. How can you prevent the bleary-eyed visitor blues? (1) Create a problem-solving Call for Action – before you design the rest of your web site. “How-to” titles work best because you demonstrate that you understand the problem and showcase your unique approach. A Virtual Assistant: “How to delegate the 10 most critical tasks that keep your business alive and profitable.” A speech coach: “Five techniques that tell your audience you're a professional speaker" An office organizer: “It’s 9 AM – do you know where your Top Priority is?” (2) Make it easier for prospects to figure out why you’re different from the competition on the other 43 websites your prospect just visited. A hairstylist: “Curly hair is my specialty (and we're never late with appointments)." A virtual assistant: "I can program the Internet's top shopping cart system to save you 5 hours each month." A speech coach: "Five clients I coached last year are now listed with speaker bureaus." (3) Identify benefits your prospect may not have anticipated. For instance, prospective clients may not realize that some office organizers can help them choose furniture to make their lives easier. Others employ feng shui principles. Bottom Line: Visitors who see a big grab-bag list of offers will tune out if they recognize the first few. “Ho hum. I know that.” Instead, find ways to showcase yourself and your expertise --professionally. Your visitors will thank you.
