There is truly a great array of wonderful and interesting animals on our planet. Many animals have abilities we as humans do not have. From the tiny humming bird to the largest mammals, there is a lot to learn for us. All of these remarkable species of animals are sharing the same planet with us. We are living in the same home with them so to speak. We know that the whole universe is moving and living by the natural laws of the universe. So here is the question, do animals use the law of attraction? All of us have heard many stories of dogs for example who found their way back home over hundreds of miles. The same is said of cats. How are these loving pets able to find back home. For many years we have called this ability in these animals instinct. What is instinct? Could instinct be really the law of attraction? When observing migrating birds we are surely amazed at the ability of even the smallest migrating birds to find their homes back thousands and thousands of miles with such an accuracy. Many have wondered about such admiring abilities. We know that everything in this universe moves and lives by the law of attraction. It may just be more than instinct in animals that enables them to do great things. It no doubt all has to do with the universal laws. The law of attraction works well for human being, could it be at the root why animals do such amazing things? Have you ever wondered about why bats can live their whole life without seeing so well? We know that they use sonar. Maybe too they have learned to harness the power of the law of attraction. How do the salmons find their way to the same breeding grounds for thousands of years? Is it simply “instinct?” Is there not more to it? You no doubt want to learn more about the law of attraction and how it works. Did you know that even many of the ancient cultures knew about the power of the law of attraction? This knowledge is not only fascinating but with this knowledge you can make some big changes in your life. When you meditate and learn about the mind puzzling abilities of even the smallest creatures on this planet it makes you wonder. How well do you think all these creatures may use the law of attraction? What do you think: Is it instinct or could it be the great power of the law of attraction?

How can you attract customers and clients to your new business
Are you starting a new business? Ever wonder how you can attract customers to your new business? First of all if you are going to be in businesses for yourself do something you really, really enjoy. Be passionate about whatever business or work you are in. Keep yourself rested and try to have some fun every day of your life. Other people which include customers to your business are not attracted to people who stressed out, worried all the time, tired all the time or does not seem to be having too much fun at what they are working at. When it comes to doing things you enjoy, it really shows to others. If you love what you are doing you will become very good at it. You will learn more about it quicker than a subject you are not the least bit interested in but just have to do in order to earn a paycheck. You will talk about what you love and are passionate about. You will connect with other people and they will “catch” that same joy you experience and communicate. Things will happen. Be bold, choose your own path and proceed with that path unstoppable. Even in business, people are attracted to individuals who choose their own path and pursue it with a vibrant passion. Be meticulous about details. Pay attention to your presentations, the packaging and the delivery of your services or goods. Arrange your business and your life so you can take advantage of creativity at the moment it happens. This might be a hard one for people who have to be on a particular schedule. I personally despise schedules. They tear me up. I cannot function on a set schedule. When I do I feel like someone else’s robot. The most wonderful thing about my lifestyle now is this freedom to sleep, eat and work when my mind and body says to do those things. Take care of yourself extremely well. Become extremely and incredibly selfish; manage your time, your space and your life well. You will end up having more to give and more to share. After all if you don’t take care of yourself first and extremely well how can you expect to serve the needs of others? Respond immediately to phone calls and e-mails. Answer all questions to the fullest of your ability. Go the extra mile. This really does work more often than not. Do more than you are asked to do, provide more, go further with people than you are paid for. I was this type of person even when I worked for someone else. I once worked as a clerk-typist and was called upon to do the work of the account clerk while she was out on maternity leave. Before she left she was to give me training. Well….training was not enough for me. I took extensive notes and ended up writing an entire procedure manual for her particular position, which helped me tremendously while she was out on her maternity leave. My supervisor at the time was quite impressed. He ended up utilizing that job procedure manual for other staff members. I, of course, was like the working 9 to 5 girl who did all the work and received none of the credit. It was truly all taking and no giving. Oh I got a Thank-you and an extra pat on the back from my supervisor. My peers were not so happy with me, however. I stayed there only about a year needless to say. I had a lot of fun in that job! And….I did go the extra mile just for the internal joy of it. All I needed to do was a few simple chores for this girl while she was out on maternity leave, but that streak of creativity hit me and I ended up writing an entire procedure job manual for that particular job! I enjoyed writing the manual more than the boring chores of the actual job. So…..add value just for the joy of it! I did not get extra money in my paycheck for all that extra work. Decide what your personal values are in life. Spend your days living in harmony with your values. You will become energized, at peace with yourself, focused and attractive to others. Work on becoming YOU as a unique, gifted, and unforgettable individual. I know I have been pretty unforgettable in some of my jobs, not always in positive ways however. I certainly try, and keep on trying, always never giving up those things in life that are most valuable to me. These are just a few tips that may help you get started attracting others to you and your new business.

A guide to success and happiness for young people
Success and happiness are not often thought to co-exist in todayЃfs society. As people work harder to accomplish more successful careers and more expensive toys, they find themselves unhappy with their lives. This is largely due to imbalance. People are spending entirely too much time working to be successful and not nearly enough time with family and stopping to smell the roses. These poor habits began in the nineties, and are being passed down to the next generation. But as young people, you can start planning now to have both success and happiness in your life as you grow older. The first step toward achieving both success and happiness is to determine your definition of successful. Is it a certain type of career, a certain pay level, or the ability to have certain expensive items? The answers will be different for everyone, so this is definitely something that you should evaluate on your own, or with someone that knows and understands you and your core values. If you have not done so yet, now is also the time to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, skills, talents, and interests to begin choosing a career path. Your next step toward achieving both success and happiness is to determine what makes you happy, or what will make you happy in the future. Is family of great importance to you? Do you want to get married and have children in the future (or the present)? Is not needing to worry about money and bills enough to make you happy, or do you need less substantial methods of happiness such as a good support system and time with friends? Again, answers will be different for everyone. Once you have an understanding of your core values, you will be better able to create a plan that will give you both success and happiness. When you start choosing a career, you will need to take into consideration what you need for happiness rather than simply focusing on success. If family and time with friends is important to you, you may want to choose a less demanding career that will likely have set work hours. If this is not as important to you as helping others, then a career in law or medicine might be more feasible. Once you have determined your career path, you will need to set a series of smaller goals that, when completed, will lead you to your ultimate goal of success and happiness. When you set these goals, you should not simply focus on how fast you can get to your final goal of success. If you work extra hard and get to your career goal within a few years, but you lose all of your friends and values in the process, you will not have success and happiness. But, if you take your goals in stride, allowing for plenty of time for yourself and your loved ones, you will find yourself in a much happier disposition as you reach your success goals.

Pursuit of happiness 6 keys to finding true happiness
The pursuit of happiness is one of the basic elements of human existence. We want to be happy. So why are so many people unhappy then? Most likely people are not happy because they are missing one of the six keys to happiness. The most important key to your personal happiness is determining that you will be happy. For many people, their personal happiness is not a priority in their life. Too often, we put the happiness of others before our own. While this may please our children, spouse, or boss, this is not the path to happiness. This dos not mean you should make yourself happy at the expense of others, but you must remember that the reverse should also not be true -- your happiness should not be sacrificed to make others happy. Once you have determined to make your pursuit of happiness a priority you need to determine just what it is that makes you happy. Spend some time reviewing the happy times in your life. Think about memories that make you smile or activities that make you joyful. Can you find a common element or theme? Then that is one of the keys to finding true happiness for you. Now that you have identified what makes you happy you need to engage in that activity. Perhaps you need a creative outlet? Join a writing group, take an art class, or learn an instrument. Do you need physical activity? Then find a way to get back into a sport you love or start a new one. All that is necessary is that you find a way to reconnect with this key element. However true happiness for most of us is not dependent solely on finding that one key. For most of us, we also require special people in our lives to be happy. Perhaps you have lost touch with someone important and can reach out to them? Or perhaps it is simply a time to plan some special time with family. It is important to our own pursuit of happiness to stay connected with those we love. Another essential to finding true happiness is to give of ourselves as well. Helping others in both small and large ways can help make you happier and more content. You might even be able to find a way to combine giving and engaging in an activity that makes you happy. For example, if you love to make people laugh you could organize a community talent show as a fundraiser for a local charity. Finally, make a list of all the aspects of your life that do make you happy. So many of us get down because we dwell on the negative, but usually there is something about your life that makes you happy. Make a list of these items so you can have a quick mood enhancer when you feel down. The pursuit of happiness does not have to be challenging or arduous. Finding true happiness can be as simply as determining, identifying, engaging, connecting, giving and reminding yourself of the 6 keys to personal happiness.

Don t let stage fright make you a bad speaker
Just because you have to deal with stage fright does not mean that you have to be a bad speaker. I don't know anyone that does not have a difficult time speaking in front of an audience to one degree or another. In fact, a healthy amount of fear while giving a speech will help you to be a better speaker. So you have a choice to make, you can either fall apart because you are afraid to speak in front of an audience or you can use your fear to help you to be the best speaker possible. Here are some typical problems that many new speakers face that can make you a bad speaker and can easily be overcome with a little practice. Some people that have anxieties tend to take their problems to the opposite extreme. For example, if somebody is dealing with stage fright they may overcompensate by becoming overly relaxed. This will not come across as you being relaxed and poised to your audience. What it will do, however, is to make you a poor speaker. One classic example of this is that many new speakers that are nervous will overcompensate for their nervousness by leaning on the podium or becoming overly familiar with a strange audience. It is necessary to maintain your composure by standing up tall when you're speaking and to build a relationship with your audience during the course of your presentation. Do not allow your nervousness to make you seem arrogant. Another problem that many people have is that they let their nervousness show up by using unnatural body inflections. I once heard a talk that was given by somebody that was supposed to be experienced yet the entire time that they were speaking they were jingling their keys in their pocket. This was not only distracting but it also showed that the person was nervous and was difficult to concentrate on the information that they were trying to convey. Nervousness can also show up in over gesturing or facial tics. One of the best ways to pick up on this kind of a problem is to have somebody videotape you giving the presentation in front of a group of trusted friends. You can then watch yourself for any body movements that come across as being unnatural. The most important thing in dealing with stage fright is that you do not allow your audience to know that you are nervous. Many speakers will feed off of the emotions of their audience and if they are able to control the situation they're stage fright will disappear quickly after they began their presentation. This is something that is very important to remember because if you are dealing with severe stage fright you need to handle yourself correctly from the beginning in order to overcome it. Once you realize that you are in control of the situation it will be much easier for you to relax and to go through your information in a logical and comfortable manner.

Self abandonment
The Encarta® World English Dictionary defines “abandon” as: “to leave somebody or something behind for others to look after, especially somebody or something meant to be a personal responsibility.” As adults, our own wellbeing is our personal responsibility. Do you abandon yourself, instead making others responsible for you, and then feel abandoned by others when they leave you or don’t take responsibility for you? As an adult, another person cannot abandon you, since they are not responsible for you. We can abandon a child, an ill person or an old person – someone who cannot take care of themselves. But if you are a physically healthy adult, you can be left, but you cannot be abandoned by others. Only you can abandon you. What are the ways you might be abandoning yourself? Judging Yourself How often do you judge yourself with comments to yourself such as: “You are not good enough.” “You are inadequate.” “You are stupid.” “You are an idiot.” “You are ugly.” “You are not attractive enough.” “If you fail you are not okay.” “If someone rejects you, you are not okay.” “It’s all your fault that….” “You will never amount to anything. You are a failure. You are not reaching your potential.” …and so on. Just as a small child feels alone and abandoned when a parent is harsh and judgmental, so our own inner child feels alone and abandoned when you judge yourself. Self judgment not only creates inner feelings of aloneness and emptiness, but it also creates feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, hurt, fear, guilt and shame. Then what do you do when you have judged yourself and created all these painful feelings? Ignoring Your Feelings When you feel alone, empty, anxious, depressed, hurt, angry, jealous, sad, fearful, guilty or shamed – what do you do? Do you attend to your feelings, exploring what YOU are telling yourself or doing to cause them? Or do you avoid them with some form addictive behavior, using food, alcohol, drugs, nicotine, TV, work, shopping, Internet, sex, anger, blame, and so on to avoid them? When you ignore your feelings and instead turn to addictive behavior, you are again abandoning yourself. Once you have abandoned yourself, it is very common to project this self-abandonment onto others and feel abandoned by people or by God. Yet, as a physically healthy adult, the feeling of abandonment is being caused by you, just as most of your other painful feelings are being caused by you. Making Others Responsible for You Once you judge yourself and then ignore the pain you have caused, it is quite likely that you then turn to others for the love and approval that you are not giving to yourself. Your inner child – the feeling part of you – needs love, approval, and attention. When you abandon yourself with your self-judgments and ignoring your feelings, the wounded child part of you turns to others for the love you need. Because the child part of you is desperately needy for love, you likely become manipulative to get that love – getting angry and blaming, or becoming overly nice or compliant and trying to do everything right. You have handed your inner child away to others for adoption, hoping another person will give you the love you so desperately need. You become addicted to approval, attention, and/or sex. The more you make others responsible for giving you the love, attention and approval you need, the more your inner child feels abandoned, leading to more addictive behavior to fill the emptiness and avoid the pain of your self-abandonment. The way out of this is to start to pay attention to your feelings – to put your attention inside your body instead of always focusing outside. The moment you feel badly, notice what you are thinking or doing that is causing your pain. Your painful feelings that come from your thoughts are your inner guidance system’s way of letting you know that what you are thinking is not true, and is not in your highest good. Ask the highest part of yourself, “What is the truth?” Notice how you feel when you attend to your feelings and tell yourself the truth rather than judge yourself, ignore yourself, and make others responsible for your feelings.

Add see the sunny side
If you have ADD or ADHD, you may have the tendency to see yourself in a negative light. Don't do that! Don't focus on the bad things. Turn ADD traits around and see them in a positive light. When you do that, you'll be a happier person with a happier life. Let me show you how... First, one characteristic associated with ADD is "impulsivity." So? You think fast on your feet. And when you're able to think fast in a critical situation and make a quick decision, then you're not impulsive. You're decisive! Imagine a big stock buy that your company might be considering. The price is low, but something happened to make the stock start to climb. The instant you see this, you make a fast analysis of the situation, and bang! You buy the stock and make the company 10 million dollars. Your decisiveness just made the day. Be careful about weighing factors involved, though. Buying a Ferrari on a whim isn't a very good idea. In our stock buying case, you saw something that signaled an upward movement and the buy was a smart thing to do. That's part of your ADD, too. You notice changes in the environment because you notice everything around you. Some say that's "distractibility," but in the case of noticing a small change, it was totally positive that you noticed. People who are surveillance people or systems managers need to be aware of small changes, too. In those cases, what society calls, "Distractibility," can be a good thing. Hyperactivity can be good, too. You're full of life and energy, and can really get a project done fast when you turn on the ADD "hyperfocus" jets. Imagine that you have this deadline and your job is on the line. You'll sure see hyperfocus as a great thing when you meet the deadline and save your job, right? The only drawback to this is that you may tend to ignore your own well-being. Remember to work, eat, and rest, too. You aren't very much fun to be around when you're cranky, anyway. Yet, you are a likable person, no doubt. You're so creative that you're always coming up with interesting ideas and things to do. So many non-ADD people have boring jobs and boring lives. They just forget how to have a good time. Not you! You probably have a kick-butt sense of humor and really make the party come to life. However, use your ability to detect small changes when it comes to relationships, too. Generally, non-ADD people don't quite understand attention deficit and may have been put off by something you said or did, when you never meant to hurt their feelings at all. Iron out miscommunications quickly and you'll rock. Don't let what people "label" you put you down. You're awesome! When you start to throw off the negatives and see yourself in a positive light, you'll be a much happier person and your life will be happier, too.

What you spend your time doing literally defines who you are
Dear Friend, I would like you to take a moment and answer this very important, though perhaps shocking, question: "What age will you be when you die?" The truth is, most people don't ever really think about how long they're going to live, but when asked the question, they usually have a very specific age in mind. "What if I told you I could help you find more time to enjoy the finer things in life? ...without turning your life upside-down. Wouldn't you jump at the opportunity?"In fact, quite some time ago, when I was presented with this same question, I was surprised how quickly I answered it. And what's more, my voice uttered the number with such absolute conviction, it almost scared me. So go ahead, take a few seconds and answer the following question: "What age will you be when you die?" Now that you've got a number in your head, let me share with you how answering this very important question may in fact forever change your life... and help you build a better body (one that you and others can be proud of)! See, if you're like most people, once you were asked this question... you arrived at your answer based on a number of factors—for example, from family medical histories or actual deaths of close elderly persons in your life. Or, maybe you just had a number "pop" into your head, like 77, because the U. S. Census Bureau has been telling us—for so many years now—that's the average age when most Americans die. Now, believe it or not, the number you consequently came up with is absolutely right! That's more than likely the exact age you'll be when you exit this earth. (Keep reading if you want to learn *how* to increase the longevity of your life...) Your "Extra" Years Are Who You Really Are Perhaps we have a secret hope that somehow we won't ever die—even though there is no evidence from human history that this is possible or that it's ever happened. It's almost as if the subject of death will jinx you, so it's taboo. That's simply not true. Today, of course, most doctors and medical scientists agree that progressive technologies and medical breakthroughs, combined with healthy dietary and exercise habits, can increase the number of years we'll live. Still, in my opinion, living longer is not necessarily our main goal. Rather, it's much more important to increase the quality of our lives, today... as in this very moment... and then continue with the next day and so on and so forth, for the rest of our lives. That's what matters—now! Don't you agree? Well, I've recently come across an excellent "mental exercise"—a powerful technique if you will—that can do just that. What if I told you I could help you find more time to enjoy the finer things in life? Re-energize yourself completely to take on any new challenges you want? Re-build your physical health and develop your physique to an entirely new level? All without turning your life upside-down. Wouldn't you jump at the opportunity? Well, I did. Now, I want to share with you how you can do it too. It's a process that will instantly increase the quality of your life... and even extend the years you're around to enjoy it. (The exercise was developed by a friend of mine from Canada and adapted from the "Life-Time Extender™" by Dan Sullivan.) Now, I want *you* to experience the powerful force it can have on your life... The Great Life-Time Enhancer™ Alright. Here's how it works: Determine what age you *think* you are going to be when you die. You've already established your "pre-determined" age of death. Go ahead and write down this number on a piece of paper, or print this out and write down the number next to this paragraph. For example, I first believed I was going to live to be 100 years old. Determine how many *extra* years you believe are possible to live. Now, answer this very important question: "How many 'extra' years would you like to live—beyond your originally planned year of death?" Write down the number of "extra" years you'd like to add to your life. For instance, I added an "extra" ten years. Decide which activities you would like to do *more* of during these "extra" years. In other words, think of all the wonderful things you'd do more of—activities you would spend your time doing, such as traveling the world, taking better care of your physical appearance, strengthening an existing relationship, or even writing a book. It can be literally anything you want! Take a moment to think about this—it's an important question. Go ahead and write a list of at least five activities you would like to concentrate on during your "extra" years. Here are some specific categories to work from... PHYSICALLY MENTALLY FINANCIALLY RELATIONSHIPWISE HOBBY For me, my top five activities were: (1) Work out more often: to have the same physical shape, condition, and strength as I do now at 31 years old; (2) Be able to donate 10% off all my finances to my wife's favorite charity—The Family Giving Tree; (3) Travel the world and visit each of the nine "space needle" towers; (4) Make my wife, Julia, and our two girls laugh at least once every single day; (5) Complete a book that is profound and groundbreaking in helping people achieve and live their very best lives; Last: Become recognized by our U. S. President for the contribution I've made to Americans and their level of physical fitness. Determine *what* your "extra" year's activities say about your life, right now. As surprising as it may sound, you might not realize the little (or big, I should say!) "trick" you've just played on your mind. First of all, you have just "convinced" yourself that you will no longer live to your pre-determined age because you've established a new fixed number. More importantly, you have now re-established your lifeline. See, by adding years to your life and filling out the activities you'll be enjoying during your "extra" years, you have created an entirely new, invigorating purpose to your life. My only question left to you, my friend, is: "Why are you not doing these activities NOW?!" Think about that question for a moment. Look back over your list of "extra years" activities and ask yourself... why am I not pursuing those things now? What are you waiting for...? Did you have to wait until someone said you have only a limited number of years left, or that you could be given some "extra" years to realize you can enjoy life now! Are you like so many millions of people who are waiting for the "right time" before they start really *living*? I certainly hope not. Remember, there's a pretty good chance you're not going to feel like it's ever the "right time" in your life. As you already know, "someday" is not a day of the week either. And before you know it... well... life has just gone and passed you by. When I answered this question myself, it was quite a breakthrough... it was when I finally realized that while I don't wish to live each day like it's my last (that would be stupid and dangerous!), I decided to start pursuing those things I had been "holding off" on or waiting until things were "just right." I am happy to say, since I first answered these questions, I've now traveled to visit four of the nine "space needle" towers—in Auckland, New Zealand; Sydney, Australia; Toronto, Canada; and Seattle, Washington. I've started writing my book. And, I make it a point to make my wife and children laugh each and every day! I still have a long way to go... but I've started on my pursuit to live my life on "my terms" and not "Father Time's." And while I continue to make health and my physical development one of my top three priorities in life, I know I can take my physique to yet another level—the best body my genetics will allow on my terms—if I stay focused on it as a lifelong activity! "...each day gives you the opportunity to do the activities and achieve the things in life that represent who you really are and how you really should be living your life!" What do your "extra" years activities say about your life? Are there some or all of them that you'd like to be doing now? I bet it's safe to say you would be, with an astounding "Yes!" Construct an "action plan" to start *living* the first day of your new life! Now, let's reverse the thinking of waiting until that "some day" arrives, and choose to do the things that would make you feel most satisfied in life (including building a better body), by creating an action plan. You can start today by making the decision to start doing those activities you've listed in your "extra" years, which would energize you, make you healthier and stronger, and help you stay excited and motivated over the coming years. Here's how... Simply pick one of the five activities you've listed above. (I've found it's easier to focus on only one thing and that it enables you to achieve the greatest impact.) So, once you've decided which of the five activities you'd like to focus on, circle it on your list, and then write it out again below your list of activities. Next, beside your chosen activity, write out the first action you can take today to help "jump-start" your momentum. For instance, when I first listed "travel the world," I wrote down beside it, "Check available flights online and block out one full week on my personal calendar for vacation." Writing this down made it that much more real, and much more likely that it would actually happen. Immediately afterwards, I called my wife and talked with her about what we were going to do, asked her to pick which city we would visit, and then called a friend who lived in Toronto to set up time to visit with him and his family... and started making reservations for flights, hotels, and even dinners. Voila! Just as quickly as I wrote down something that was intended for my "extra" years of living—from 100 to 110—I was actually doing it, now! What an incredible feeling... it was so powerful to know that I was taking full control of my life and doing those things that would have otherwise been put off until "someday" or when I was retired, older, or possibly, had I lived only to 100, never would have happened at all. Live Each Day on the Basis of Your "Extra" Years Make no mistake about it, by performing this powerful "mental exercise," you'll have erased your original life "plan" and are now in a position to free yourself from all normal considerations and restrictions about what your "previous" life would have been like. Then each day, from now on, gives you the opportunity—starting today—to do the activities and achieve the things in life that represent who you really are and how you really should be living your life!
